  Dr. Voepel is cold, rude and self-serving. This Dr. books multiple tests in her office with no medical value. She charges for services without telling the patient. She charges for care she does not provide the patient. One such service a patient incurs apparently before even seeing the doctor. You will be billed for filling in registration forms. In addition, listen to people who come in an complain to the receptionist and you will hear how she books these many tests over many different appointments to maximize her profit. It appears this doctor cares more for money than people in pain, concerned less with successful treatment than making as much money as possible. Stressful and confusing this doctor provides a miserable even PAINFUL experience. And you will get weekly calls for payments she says you still owe worse than any bill collector. And she did not even prescribe the pills that were the reason to see her. Wasted time, pain, bills bills bills and not pills. Stay away from Lily Voepel.
