  We purchased a new home that had vinyl flooring installed by this company. We contracted the company regarding a small tear in the vinyl. We had a prompt response on the 1st phone call. We were told they would look into the matter and try to resolve the issue. After waiting nearly 2 weeks we contacted the company and the person we needed to contact was not available that day. We asked for a return phone call (they did not offer to follow up with a return call). We attempted another phone call about a week later to no avail. We the contacted the builder who in turn contacted M&M Carpet. The next day we received a phone call from M&M. No apologies only that they had been trying to contact us and our phone must not be working so they could not provide us with an update (horse crap). They say they have been waiting for a response from the manufacture regarding making repairs under warranty. 2 1/2 months later we are still waiting. Absolutely no follow up. I would never, never, conduct business with this company
