  Under the original management, I would have given Redberry 5 stars, but the quality and service have gone downhill with the new management. We've only been twice this year and both times the waffle bowls were stale. Also, the topping selection and quality were not as good as when we had previously eaten there in the past. During our last visit, 4 of the flavors weren't working and the manager was extremely rude to me and my children to the point that the cashier apologized because he was having a bad day. The Classic Tart flavor tasted very funny this last visit and when I notified the staff, I was informed that it is from a new vendor. It was disappointing because we used to love Redberry, but now unfortunately under the new management, I would no longer recommended it to anyone.
