  I don't normally post reviews but when I saw all the negative reviews here, I felt that I should. I have only had good experiences and great customer service at Rotech in Melbourne. Whenever I've had a question, they have always taken the time to give me an answer, when I had a problem with my equipment (due to power surges), they assisted me right away so I wouldn't have to suffer without it. Whenever I want to try something new to see if it will work better for me, they again help me to do so. I am grateful that they are here for me and will continue to use them. I will also continue to recommend them to my friends.

  I have never met someone more unprofessional, uninterested, and noncaring as Michelle. This place will never get a dime of my business, I would gladly pay double elsewhere.
