  Been member of sams club for a while already and never that we become a problem customer to any sams club we go. In an unfortunate situation my husband park in front of Sams Club cart door because he has broken legs and he just now recently learning to walk again. We park there because we do not have handicap card doctors don’t give him one, I know people gets tired and most of them working for their pay check but come on to talk to someone like we caused you some kind of inconvenience, we didn’t park there but just few minutes you can even watch your camera to see what I am talking about. Before you run your mouth to customer like they commit some kind of crime look at yourself and look at your customer in his condition. I even walk far so when he gets to where he park he will not stay there longer. You made a big deal for few minutes parking because you cannot put the carts inside, first thing you need to do is to gather the carts that are all over the parking where hitting cars park. Before you complain we park in your door look at the front door that there are people working not even offering help to those really handicap. Sometimes you need to think that your job is to make easy for your customer not to run your mouth because we block your door for few minutes less than 10. We are watching making sure we will not caused any trouble to anyone and that is what we got. Rude lady and a young guy who pointed out our car causing him declared, dude there is a big space that is between that you can work around, excuses doesn’t count. You just find an excuse to do your job. And don’t worry both of your mouth is marked on us. We do thank you for a wake up call we are considering leaving you and go to BJ!
