  This company is awful. Their contracted tech fixed one issue but caused a gas leak in my range and when called they are relying on Samsung to open the ticket. It is really awful customer service. In my book if you break something you fix it and not rely on the company that contracted you to open the service ticket back up. Due to this company I will never buy a Samsung Appliance again.
